A source file could not be read.
During search, SYNG could not read a file that matched the include patterns. This may be due to permissions, the file being deleted, or encoding issues.
Solution
Check that:
- The file exists and hasn't been deleted
- You have read permissions for the file
- The file is accessible (not on an unmounted network drive, etc.)
The search will continue with other files.
