SYNG3003 - Replacement not at character boundary

A replacement span boundary falls in the middle of a UTF-8 character.
Spans are byte-based, but replacements must start and end at valid UTF-8 character boundaries. This error indicates the span calculation produced an offset that splits a multi-byte character.
Solution
This is an internal error. The span boundaries are not aligned to character boundaries. Please report it as a bug with your query and a sample of the input file (especially if it contains non-ASCII characters).
